Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms apply to your purchase and use of AI Prompt Crafting ("the product"), a digital reference hub produced by Performance Leaders Australia Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing the product, you agree to these terms.
The product
The product is a one-off purchase ($37 AUD) granting lifetime access to a web-based reference hub teaching AI image-prompting techniques. There's no subscription and no recurring charge.
Access & delivery
Access is delivered digitally, immediately after payment, via a secure link sent to the email address used at checkout. If you lose access, use "Restore access" on the get access page with the same email to have it re-sent.
License
Purchasing the product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own learning. You may not share your access link, resell, redistribute, or republish the product or its contents, in whole or in part.
Intellectual property
All frameworks, text, diagrams and examples in the product — including the Shot Brief, the One-Dial Rule and the Translator Step — are original work and remain the property of Performance Leaders Australia Pty Ltd. See the Disclaimer for third-party trademarks referenced in the product.
Refunds
Because access is granted digitally and immediately, we don't offer refunds once the product has been accessed. If you haven't yet accessed the hub, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. This doesn't affect any statutory consumer guarantees you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.
No guaranteed results
The product is educational. It teaches a method for directing AI image-generation tools; it doesn't guarantee any particular image outcome, since results depend on third-party tools outside our control. See the Disclaimer for more.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be excluded under Australian law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies and will be posted here with an updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
