This policy explains what personal information AI Prompt Crafting ("the product") collects, why, and how it's used. The product is operated by Performance Leaders Australia Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the product you agree to this policy.

What we collect

When you buy the product, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address and payment details to complete the transaction. We receive your email address from Stripe so we can grant you access. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment data directly and is PCI-compliant in its own right.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, pc_access, which stores a signed access token proving you've purchased the product. It's functional only — used to keep you logged in — and contains no advertising or tracking identifiers. We don't run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on the site.

How we use your information

Your email address is used only to:

• Grant and restore access to the product (via the "Restore access" link)
• Respond if you contact us with a question or support request

We don't use it for marketing emails, and we don't sell or share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only Stripe, as our payment processor, and only as needed to process your purchase. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as your access to the product remains active, or as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (which will end your product access). Contact hello@aipromptcrafting.com.
